EBAY/PAYPAL Unable to take payment

Hi all,

Ive recently sold an XBOX on ebay but my buyer recieved the following message

"This seller cannot currently receive payments."

I had to eventually get him to send me his email address to which i directly requested the fee via paypal (outside of ebay protocol). Which went through fine.

Im a verified UK paypal customer buy i still cant accept payments.

I have previously bought without any problems.

Ive subsequently tried to sell other items, but my buyers still keep getting the same error. This is putting off my buyers and have had one failed sale as the buyer thought the email request was dodgy and she didnt want to deal outside of ebay.

Has anyone else had this problem? Ive contacted Ebay and PayPal and both say my account is "in good standing".
