COnsumer confidence is slumping. Unemployment is finally rising.
Any idiot who thinks that house prices will go up in the next 6 months is a clown.
A crash could be on its way.
And the increasing population means F all because last time I looked not many polish immigrants can afford houses for £250k.
Crash is coming. The end game is approaching. Get out whilst you can.

I am not a financial expert, and the post above is merely my opinion.:j

i'll be honest, blank, although i applaud your sentiments, i think it's fair to say that your post leaves a would-be bull naysayer with a fair amount of ammunition.
an obvious argument that they might try to run is that you haven't included any, what's the word, substance as such.
anyway, good to have !!!!!ies back, love what he's done with the number 1 instead of a capital L, clever stuff.FACT.0 -
It's not me.
I'm in Pattaya with 2 sexy ladies. House prices are not that important to me at this moment in time.:beer:We love Sarah O Grady0 -

Life's not fair and sadly for you you're on the bottom of the pile.
Exactly why would anyone worry.
If your'e not needing to sell you've got nothing to worry about.
Who cares what house prices are,if you've already got the property.
I've never known anyone in it for the long term to lose out.0 -

What a pathetic thread.
We've got all angles covered, from whoopie, people will finaly lose their jobs, to sibley stating he don't care about house prices for the 43rd time, and others suggesting after all this time prices dont matter anyway, because they simply will never sell for "less" then peak or whatever timeframe they have chosen.
We've then got the annoucement that others couldn't care less what house prices are, as they have already bought and are alright than you very much jack, don't care about anyone else.

Well I personally don't care.
I have no intention or need to ever sell anything so house prices can go where they want.
There are some people who actually don't give a damn you know.
They don''t need the money they have tied up in their properties so it realy does'nt matter what happens.0 -
House builder Redrow Plc has reported a better than expected annual pre-tax profit, thanks to a 10% rise in house prices.....
"The nature of our land acquisitions over recent times will continue to drive the average selling price in an upwards direction,"..
