Due to go bankcrupt but cant afford the charge!

Hi Everyone, I have made a date for my Bankcruptcy for a weeks time I was going to ask my dad if I could lend! the money from him and i would pay him back in a years time when released but I feel so cheecky asking so I was thinking of phoning the courts and asking if I could move my date until just after I have got paid from work but the only way I could afford to pay the fees was to cancel my D.D with everyone I mean water bills, gas, electric etc. Would this be ok?

shouldnt be an issue...BUT gas/elec/water you would have to continue paying as they can take action against you if you dont everything else the non priority debts you could stop
