Southern railway journeys for £1.18 without railcard or for free with railcard

Southern Railway are offering £3.70 Advance singles for London Victoria to Brighton, Portsmouth to London Victoria, Hastings to London Victoria, East Grinstead to Littlehampton and various journeys to Gatwick Airport.
However, if you go via TopCashBack you can get £2.52 cashback meaning the cost will be £1.18 single.
If you have a railcard the £3.70 fare is reduced to £2.45 and you still get the cashback meaning Southern will pay you 7p to do a 50 mile+ journey - that must be the cheapest rail fare ever!
A note on the cashback: TCB says repeat transactions are limited. From some of the user comments on the cashback deal it seems to be limited to two lots of £2.52 cashback per account and you're allowed one TCB account per person.

I've also taken advantage of this offer. Southampton Central to London Victoria single - £3.70 with £2.52 CB works out at £1.18. Bargain!
Unfortunately, it looks as though Southern have twigged and the cashback has now been reduced to 6.06%. Great while it lasted!0
