The following Terms & Conditions apply to Post Office / Samsung Galaxy S II Smartphone promotion: 1. The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding Post Office Ltd's employees (and their families), their agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion. 2. There is no purchase requirement to enter. Merely go to https://competitionbox.net/samsung-galaxy-s-ii-smartphones and fully complete the entry form. 3. All entries must be received between 5th September 2011 and 27th November 2011. Entries received after 27th November 2011 will not be accepted. 4. The main prize is one of two Samsung Galaxy S II handsets. Delivery of the handset to a home address within mainland UK is included. Securing Wi-Fi and 3G service is the responsibility of the winner and is not part of the prize. The Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. All other costs are at the expense of the winner. 5. The Winner: there will be a total of two winners who will be chosen at random on Monday 28th November 2011 from all valid entries. 6. The winner will be notified by email of their success within 7 days of the draw date. 7. In order to take advantage of the Prize the winner must consent to the following conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner's name and/or photograph for future publicity and promotions. By entering, the winner agree to participate in reasonable marketing activity connected with the promotion; 8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
