GE Money Store card

in Credit cards
Hi there,
New to the forum and looking for abit of advice, I had two store cards with GE Money for Burton and Dorothy Perkins a couple of years ago which I have now cleared. I only ever signed one credit agreement and ended up with two store cards as I was sold the card in a Burton store and when I received the card it was for Dorothy Perkins, so they sent me a new card for Burton but I still had the balance on the Dorothy Perkins.
During the time I had the cards I pretty sure I had PPI and was hit with a few charges.
Would I be eligable to make any claim from them, and what ground do I stand on for having two storecards issued with just one credit agreement signed.
Many thanks for any advice you could spare!

You could probably reclaim the ppi if you was charged on both cards and missold it without being told about it.As for 2 cards being issued this should have been bought up at the time so one could get cancelled.0

Hi,
Thanks for your response, I did bring it when I received two statements in one month and asked why it was not transferred across and they told me that they could not transfer the balance and I would have to just pay the card I dont want off and close it down. Will start my PPI claim now, wish me luck!0
