Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 50 50and follow instructions; up to 9 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated three times to reach the 9 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send an SMS text to 63335 with A or B to indicate your answer to the question; up to 9 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 63335 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated three times to reach the 9 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 9 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.54.

Prize:

The prize includes:

Cash

A cheque for £50,000 (fifty thousand pounds sterling) made payable in the name of the winner only.

The provider of the cash element of the prize is ITV Consumer Limited, 200 Gray’s Inn Road, London WC1X 8HF.

Car

A BMW 318i coupe car with manual transmission including first registration fee, road tax for the first year, £30 (thirty pounds sterling) of fuel, seven (7) days’ insurance and in-car media pack.

The winner may choose from the following models of car:
o A BMW 318i SE model in either red or black; or
o A BMW 318i M Sport model in black.

The car will be delivered within 10 weeksof receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. The winner is responsible for insuring the car beyond the seven (7) days’ insurance included in the prize.

Holiday

A trip for the winner and three (3) adult companions to the Maldives for seven (7) consecutive nights, to include:

o Return economy class flights from London to Male International Airport, Maldives;
o Return Seaplane transfers to the hotel in the Maldives (subject to availability). If the Seaplane transfers are unavailable for any reason whatsoever the prize provider reserves the right to replace the Seaplane transfers with return transfers by internal flight and speedboat;
o Seven (7) nights accommodation at the Waldorf Astoria, Maldives on a full-board basis (i.e. including breakfast, lunch and dinner but excluding drinks) based on the winner and their three (3) companions sharing two (2) water villas (subject to availability);
o One (1) sixty (60) minute spa treatment for the winner and each of the winner’s companions;
o One (1) private sunset cruise for the winner and their companions with one (1) bottle of champagne and canap!s; and
o Travel insurance for the winner and the winner’s companions (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). The winner and/or their companions are responsible for meeting any costs related to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up no later than 31 October 2012. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport with a minimum of six (6) months left on the passport at the date of travel and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the Maldives. A prior visa is not required for entry to the Maldives and a thirty (30) days on arrival visa will be provided free of charge at Male International Airport provided that the winner and their companions meet the following requirements:

§ A valid passport which is valid for the duration of the stay;
§ A valid ticket to continue the journey out of the Maldives; and
§ Sufficient funds to cover their expenses for the duration of their stay in the Maldives (estimated to be US$100 plus an extra US$50 per day of the trip per person) or a confirmation of a reservation at a tourist resort or hotel. This information is provided for information only and the Promoter accepts no liability for its accuracy. It is the responsibility of the winner to check prior to travel that they meet all relevant requirements for travel to the Maldives.

It is the responsibility of the winner (if applicable) to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) over and above travel insurance provided as part of the prize to ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize cannot be taken during the following dates:

(a) 24 December 2011 to 25 February 2012 inclusive; and
(b) 16 April 2012 to 24 April 2012 inclusive.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, room service or hotel charges, insurance not included in the prize, car hire, personal expenses, visas, vaccinations and any additional charges, taxes, fees and costs not included in the prize. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize.
