1. This competition is open to all residents over the age of 18 years except employees of NTL, Globespan and other companies involved in the creation, administration and distribution of this promotion and their immediate families.
2. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
3. Prize is subject to availability and certain black out dates.
4. Prize must be taken between 01 May – 31 Oct 2007 (subject to availability).
5. Prize must be booked 31 March 2007.
6. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
7. Prize includes flights to Toronto, John C Munro Hamilton International Airport for two adults and two children (under the age of 12), seven nights accommodation and seven days car hire (excluding petrol).

12. All entries must be received by ntl by 1 February 2007. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt.
13. Only one entry per person.
14. ntl shall collate the entries and the winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 5 February 2007. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Winners will be notified by 5 February 2007. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternative winner may be selected at ntl's discretion. In the event that a winner declines his or her prize, ntl may elect, at its discretion, to select an alternative winner.
16. Winners' names and counties/regions will be available on request by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to ntl's address below.
17. ntl reserves the right to substitute any prizes of equal or greater value in the event that any of the prizes are unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
18. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier.
19. Entrants agree to allow their names and/or likenesses to be used without compensation if required by ntl for advertising or publicity purposes.
20. Winners may be required to sign and return statements of eligibility before prizes are awarded.
