Hi everyone,
I have this question that is buggin me.. basically i have a nationwide account with no overdraft limit on it atall as far as i am aware.
Jus got a job and payed a check into the account in july and was ment to be paid into their in july..
When i go to a cash machine it shows this as the balance enquiry:
Account Balance: £220-
Available Balance: £220-
But i cant withdraw the hole thing and have been just withdraw 10 a day?
This doesnt make sense to me and is well confusing as i need to pay some bills. any help would be much appreciated thankyou!

Best thing to do would be to call Nationwide, ask them to confirm your balance and ask why you can't withdraw your money at a cash machine. No-one on here could advise you as it could be anything, the cheque may not have cleared but the money already shows on your balance (though not available - this does happen with some banks), it could be a problem with the machine or your card, a delayed balance, perhaps the '-' means you're overdrawn, perhaps your card has a lower cash withdrawal limit for whatever reason, or maybe it is just human error. Best to call Nationwide
I have worked at HSBC Bank in various departments both customer facing and process-related for six years. However, any advice given is my own.0
