nope he just said he was going to sue then didn't do it. however the new job is over the distance in roads and commuting but not as the crow flies... would that be a get out? xx0

There was another thread about this recently where SarEl and I started swapping case law - she maintained (and is undoubtedly correct) that if the contractual clause is reasonable in all the circumstances, then it is enforceable. However if it is too restrictive then it won't be enforceable.0
