1. The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the promoters employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entrants must have completed the Maybelline customer feedback survey and have opted-in to receive email communications from Maybelline.
3. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official form. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw.
4. Incomplete, illegal or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
5. Entries must be received on or before Friday 9th September 2011. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 14th September. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
6. 500 completed entries drawn at random will each receive 1 x One-by-One Mascara, 1 x Kohl Express Eyeliner and 1 x Color Sensational Lipstain
7. All winners will be notified by email by Friday 16th September 2011.
8. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
11. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
12. The names of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to Maybelline, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 8 weeks of the draw date.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
14. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
