35mm camera

hi all

am looking to buy a good cheap 35mm camera for when i go on holiday soon. i have a digi cam for my close up pics but will not be v good for scenary etc, so if any one knows of a good make at a good price please let me know.

If it's scenery you want look for a camera with the lowest starting lens size. Eg 28-70 mm would be better than 35-100mm because it gives you a wider view.
If you have a Jessops near you should try them as they're really good with advice. Otherwise Olympus mju or Nikon litetouch are quite good and under £70. They're small and light yet feel quite sturdy.
However, the photos are only as good as the photographer so you should find even a cheap £15 camera from Tesco would take some ok pics.

Last year I bought 2 refurbished Canons from the canon outlet on e-bay.

The 35mm was a zoom and does excellent pics.

I think I got a 6 month guarantee from them as well, no problems as yet and the quality is excellent as you would expect from Canon.

I think I paid £15 and the camera is aprox £90-100 in Argos.

The canon outlet has loads of good feedback.
