For work i take salads quite a lot. i layer them up so they look nice (this encourages me to eat them) then add tuna, egg, ham chicken, low fat cheese or crab sticks. I often take left overs from dinner the night before so sometimes chilli or pasta bake. Ainsley harriot cous cous is lovely its low syn and you can make it in the morning and let it go cold or i take it work in a tupperware and make it so i can eat it hot. Savoury rice is another good one, make up the night before and leave to cool, you can add extra veg or salad for your third superfree and i add cajun spices while mines cooking for an extra kick.

I also take activia/muller yoghurts, alpen light, banana, apples, grapes and sometime fruit crunch ryvita to dip in me tea x

  • Thanks.

How do you make it into extra easy? Do you add a carb to your rice?

I am not quite sure that I'm getting this extra easy right.....

We have a well established thread here:-https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3436791
which you would be very welcome to join in with. Everyone on there is following SW plans and many are doing EE and I know you would get loads of helpful tips. Have a look at post 1 where there are links to the recipe thread and an overview of the plan.

Look forward to seeing you there :D

Rice is a carb but you could add pasta or potato as well, you could add some protein (egg, meat, fish) and then lots of veggies to make a hugely filling and healthy lunch :)
