Have just telephoned cartamundi. They're aware of the problem, seems their payment system started charging in euros and suposedly after 31st August it was told not to, yet my order on the 8th Sep still got charged euro's. They want copy of bank statment and then they'll sort it out! Not very happy about it really, seems a lot of hassel, going to cost me probably 3 times as much in a stamp to get the refund of 8p! Unless they're going to give you more as good will, lol, somehow dont think so. Oh and when I questioned taking money before despatch, she tried to blame head office being in belgium and thats why??? Grrrr

I thought that too. Cheeky things. They are supposedly in essex or somewhere down south and yet they've charged me 20p for foreign exchange. thought it was just me. had an email last week saying there was high demand and it would be a further 2 weeks for delivery

Yeah they are in canvey Island, essex, yet head office is in belgium and thats where the albums are apparently!
