£468-£319=£149
£468-£298=£170
Can anyone put any holes in this? I think 3 nights 5* B&B for £170 will do nicely.

Hi Cumbrian Male,
I stayed at NH Barbizon Palace over New Year. I went for 3 nights (30th Dec - 2nd Jan) which costed £382.21 for a double room without breakfast. I thought the hotel was lovely. Our room was clean and spacious and the maid service was excellent. Unlike most hotels I have stayed in the maids didn't wake me up at the crack of dawn and even insisted on changing my towels, topping up toiletries, etc on New Year's Day (which like England is still a public holiday). The hotel itself is in a good location for exploring the city and within walking distance of central station which make it good for transport links.
I would stay there again and if you can get the room for £170 with breakfast then I think you've got a bargain!
Hope this helps
