Slump in planning approvals for house building in Scotland

Its little wonder that house prices are reaching new peaks in Edinburgh when the main release valve is not being opened:

Two things Scotland are not short of, land and rain.0 -

If the new houses had helipads then there would be no need for A roads /motorways and the sewage could be taken care of with a targeted heli dump.
