Climbing the walls here with the new Indian Visa application, any help greatly appreciated!
I'm travelling overland from Kathmandu to Delhi, crossing the Nepalese border into India, but en route to Kathmandu i am changing planes at Delhi, so does this constitute a dual entry?
Hoping someone can help, i'm losing the will to live, lol!

Whenever I've flown to Nepal via Delhi I've never had to have a visa for India.0

Don't forget the visa starts from the day of issue.0

If you are transit only in Delhi, then I don't think you are technicaly entering India.0

Thanks budget flyer. Why have they made this so damn confusing???!! Apparently, according to the visa application service they are now telling me it depends on whether my onward journey is from the same terminal. Tour company dont seem to be able to help and neither do my travel agent, which is frustrating as the only reason i decided to use the travel agent was in case i needed help

As far as I know all international flights at DEL now depart and arrive from the brand spanking new T3. It's a fantastic new terminal, as good as anywhere in the world.
You should be able to confirm the terminals at http://www.newdelhiairport.in/
