Interview presentation help

I'm very excited as I've been shortlisted for a job which I really would like. The problem is I only found out today and I go on holiday on Wednesday and the interview is the day after we come home!
I am panicking as you can appreciate I am trying to organise my family and pack for our holiday, occupy my children, fit in some work before our holiday..... hubby is working 12hr days until Wednesday so he's not much help. Anyway you get the picture.
I have never had to do a presentation for a job interview before and the whole thing makes me feel ill just thinking about it. I have very nearly withdrawn from the interview but that would be silly as the job is a good step up for my career, fits well with my family and is just up the road.
I have such a short time to prepare for it and don't know where to start - I don't want to be worrying about it on holiday but I don't mind reading and making notes whilst I'm away. We are going abroad so I am unsure if I will have any internet access.
Can anybody help with ideas or point me in the right direction. The presentation is for a job in a Sure Start children's centre and has to be no longer than 10 mins and a laptop and projector will be available.
I have to recommend a service which I am proposing the centre could deliver, outlining why it should be delivered and with what outcomes and how it can be measured.
I also have to do two short tests after the interview and presentation!
Any help will be very much appreciated

Given this is your area of work I'm sure you can come up with the actual idea of what they should be doing.
What is the actual role to do in the centre? Are you supposed to be coming across as the business professional or the sort of person that can engage with children or ......
If it were me and you are going for business professional then I would create a set of slides using something like PowerPoint. Slides should be clear, clean and to the point with a few bullet points or a chart or such on it - effectively they are headlines. When you then present the them you add all the rest of the detail in what you say. One of the worst things are cluttered slides with 10 paragraphs of text on them which the presenter just reads verbatim.
You will find 10 minutes really isnt very long when it comes down to it and you'll probably be looking at a maximum of 5 slides excluding the header page and, if you want, an "any questions?" end slide.0
