I have just looked at my Barclays band account and £13.53 has come out the reference is BISL BACS ACCOUNT

Bennetts is a trading name of BISL.

Found with a google search (several other hits if this isn't the one).

EDIT: I thought I'd seen the question asked before. According to this thread from last year, it's Budget Insurance Services Ltd.
