Things to do in skipton with boys aged 13yrs

just been speaking to my parents and have been offered a night in skipton for free,its in the town center and for 1 night.I haven't been for years and just remember a stream/river you can walk down....is there much to do in the town center?? We'd basically be stuck dropped off about 4pm and picked up at 6pm the next day.

  • You can walk along the canal, there are some shops and a market (not sure what days). There's Skipton Castle which is in the town centre - never been though so not sure of the cost. Highlight has to be Busy Lizzies fish and chip shop on the bridge - it's brilliiant!:j
