TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EAST MIDLANDS AIRPORT AURIGNY.COM COMPETITION
1. This competition is promoted by East Midlands International Airport, Building 34, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2SA (‘the Promoter’).
2. Entrants must be UK residents over the age of 18.
3. This competition is not open to employees of the Promoter or a company within the Manchester Airport Group of companies, their families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
4. To enter: complete and return the entry form at https://www.eastmidlandsairport.com
5. The Promoter will not take any responsibility for entries lost.
6. The Prize: Return flights from East Midlands Airport for two people (via Guernsey) and two nights accommodation at the 4 star Braye Beach Hotel, courtesy of Aurigny.com. Passengers must travel together on the same flight and on the same date. Should the original accommodation offered as part of the prize become unavailable, a suitable alternative will be provided. Note: no compensation will be offered. The accommodation prize is based on 2 people sharing a room. All travel timings and dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability cannot always be guaranteed on the dates requested. Travel must be booked and completed within a year of the prize being rewarded and may be subject to certain date and time exclusions subject to paragraph13 below. Participants must book and travel by the 31 December 2012 and this will be stated on the holiday voucher.
7. Only one entry per person can be entered in the prize draw over the competition period, from 18th August 2011 to 30thSeptember 2011.
8. The Draw: The winner will be selected at random after the competition has closed. The winner will be notified by post within 28 days of the competition closing. The prize must be accepted within 14 days of the date of notification; in the event of non acceptance within the specified period the prize awarded will be re-allocated to the next randomly drawn valid entry.
9. Entry details must match that of one of the persons travelling.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The prize is non transferable. No cash or credit alternative are offered.
12. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the competition should exceptional circumstances prevent it from being run.
14. By entering into this promotion, you agree to the personal data you supply being used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and for market research purposes. In order to administer the promotion the Promoter (or its agents or contractors) may disclose the information you supply to any other companies in the Manchester Airport Group of companies. You also agree to receive promotional information from the Promoter unless you notify us otherwise.
15. By entering this promotion, you agree to take part in any publicity relating to the competition if you are invited. By participating in this promotion, you grant the Promoter permission to use your name and likeness and you confirm that you will obtain from any guest whom you invite permission for the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).
16. Details of the winners can be obtained from the Promoter 28 days after the closing date.
