Travel Insurance - Prices doubled in 12 months???

Hi all,
We've been looking into renewing our multi-trip annual travel insurance.
Last year, we paid about £100, this year, for exactly the same policy, we're being quoted over £200!
Is that right? Has travel insurance really gone up that much?

I use Globelink Travel Insurance and they don't raise the price. Annual multi-trip insurance costs £52-187. It depands from maximum number of days any one trip.0 -

Decided to go for Direct Travel and used QuidCo.
I just had to accept it's gone up :eek:0
