Can we help these families - shocking customer service from FeatherDown Farm

Have been following a story on Mumsnet about five families who booked to stay at a FeatherdownFarm in Dorset this weekend. They booked in November and two weeks ago FeatherDown Farm told them they had messed up and that the families couldnt camp together in one field. They havent offered a refund and are now basically saying take it or leave it.

Mumsnet mums are trying to help find an alternative for them but at such short notice its proving difficult.

There are some very very good people on here so just wondered if anyone had any ideas. They want to go to Dorset. Canopy and Stars have offered them a place in Cornwall but its just too far for the 5 families with small children to travel for a weekend. Think they would consider anywhere in South of England but not quite as far as Cornwall.
