Can you as for a refund from Creation Financial for late payment fees of £12? They know i only get paid on the last friday of the month but charge me £12 for being one day late.

I now owe Creation Financial a huge sum of £5.50 which is due at the end of this month. In the meantime I have submitted an SAR to them plus the £10 postal order so i can reclaim all charges back from them
I also requested that they stop all telephone calls to me and correspond in writing only.
I received an email today confirming that the calls will be stopped (email was timed at 9.21 am) and guess what..... i just received another call at 17.45
What can I do about this... it is bordering on harassment now

Can't you just save the money from the previous payday to pay it ontime?

Are you not worried about your credit report paying late every month?

Ok so I sent my SAR letter plus my £10 postal order to Creation on 11 August 2011.
What is the next step to take regarding a no response to my SAR letter?

i got a refund of £1160.00 from Creation Finance in January 2012 after a long battle. This was late payment fees and service charges.

In the past 8 weeks Ihave received 2 letters from them... one apologising for the delay in processing my application for this refund, and the other saying that if i am not happy with the time being taken to process this refund i should direct my complaint to the ombudsman.
Just goes to show what turmoil Creation Financial are in - I have had and spent my refund!
Should I inform them of this or let them go thru the process!
What a joke they are !!!
