You need to check to make sure the campsite allows dogs. Most sites specify dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and you have to be respectful to other campers i.e not allowing the dog to bark all night, clean up after your dog etc etc. Some campsites have specific dog walking areas and you cannot walk them anywhere else.
Hope this helps.0 -
We took our dog camping for 9 years until we lost her the other week and she loved it. She knew when we were going and wanted to get in the boot of the car a couple of days before we went!
Take an extending lead and some tent pegs to fasten the dog up.
Dont leave your dog alone in the tent as it may make for the great escape.
Take pooch a good chew to keep them busy while you are chilling on an evening. The best bargains are priceless!!!!!!!!!! :T :T :T0
