Kids Club at cinema

Hello,
I'm desperate to take my daughter to the cinema - has anyone used the kids club?
I have no idea if my daughter is going to like the cinema, or how quiet she will be?!?!
Will it be ok if she is a little chatty?
Thanks!

Well she can't talk all the way through a film if that's what you mean as others have paid to see the movie. Plus she'll need to sit on her seat whilst the film is on. How old is she?
Take her to a Cineworld on Saturday morning for £1 (Kids AM). If she doesn't behave well enough, then take her out of there - no harm done and only costs you £2. They are showing the Pooh bear movie in most places atm.
Whatever you do, if she is misbehaving, don't just stay there regardless and ruin it for everyone else.......
Edited to say: Most children I know will sit very quietly in the cinema as they become a little spellbound. I'm sure she'll be fine."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
Hiya,
She's nearly 3, but is pretty well behaved normally!!!
I'd love to take her to see the smurfs - but it's only on in the normal screens, NOT kids club - so I won't risk that!!!
I was wondering how 'lax' the kiddies generally are in kids club (i think it's £1.25 in the cinema by me, with me going free!)

Give it six months and the Smurfs will be on the Kids AM showings.
The thing about the kids clubs are that it's full of kids - so it's pretty laid back. She'll probably love it. You won't know until you try.
(Don't ruin your MS ways though by spending £10 on popcorn and drinks though - smuggle some homemade/bought stuff in if you must)

Thanks for the replies - I've just booked the tickets - I'm so excited!!!!
If she doesn't like it, I'll just come away and try again in a few months - it's only costing £1!!!Follower of 'The Harcombe Diet'.0
