Paypal Dispute

Hi there.
Im looking for some advice from someone who may have been in a similar situation to me.
I posted an auction on eBay for an iPad that i had. The auction finished and the item was sold for £545. Within an hour of the auction ending i received an email to say that the buyer had paid for the item through paypal. The following morning i sent the item to the paypal address using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Later that day i received an email from paypal to say there was a problem with the transaction and not to send the item.
I followed the links on their page in the dispute resolution center and provided my proof of postage and online tracking info. In the dispute resolution center i think it mentions that the sellers bank returned the payment. This was over two weeks ago and i have no iPad and no money. i have had no communication from paypal in a week and cannot find anything on their website to contact them regarding this.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
Does anyone have any advice as to what to do now?
Thanks in advance.

If you sent the item to the address in Paypal and the 'ok to send' message was there, then you will be covered by seller protection.
What does the tracking say?
You should always ring Paypal, never email, they are less than useless at emails. If the tracking says it is delivered, then ring Paypal and ask them to release your funds as you have complied with the seller protection programme.0 -
Someone will be along soon no doubt to give you a phone number.
I've just looked up their contact us, https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_help&t=escalateTab
hopefully if you follow that link you'll get through to someone sensible.
I'm assuming the tracking is showing online with a signature.0 -
Online tracking says item was delivered the day after i sent it and signature obtained.
I have just spoken to paypal after finding a phone number. They say that i will be covered by their seller protection but it may take up to 30 days for them to complete the review of the case and me too get my money.
At least i will get my money though.
Many thanks for the assistance.0
