PPI Info - Anyone had sucess with Santander? Advice please

Hey people, need some help and advice

myself and my parents have noticed that since they took out a 2nd mortgage few years ago Santander also sold them a insurance policy in regards to my dad work, or if he is unable to work help with paying the money back (i think thats what it was for)

So anyway after that insurance policy increase in price (for got why but only went up by £2 or £4) we noticed it and since my dad went to see santander who said right an email and take it from there

I've since written and sent the e-mail on 15/07/11 but havent had a reply (apart from the automated 1)

So just wondering what should i do next, and also if anyone else has been sucessfull with a claim from Santander

ALso while this claim is going through should i tell the bank to stop paying this direct debit??

Give them a ring and do it over the phone,have reasons for the mis sell ready,as they will ask you for these.

if it is mortgage payment care my oh rang last thursday and got offer letter today he also rang aviva last thursday and cancelled his policy, hope this helps:), the number is as the person above me has put.

Hi, yep it is mortgage payment care, labelled in the direct debits as ANPAYMENT CARE, can you ask him what he said to them and or what they asked from him?

I rang Satandar on Wednesday with a PPI complaint and got a letter yesterday saying my complaint was being upheld and offered me my money + interest back.

Just rang santander (found some 0800 number), got put through department to department and got to the customer satisfaction team, they have now started processing my claim after i answered why i think i was missole the ppi.

I should get an intial letter in 7-10 days and then another letter after that

will keep you lot updated

Sorry only saw your other post today. In answer to this post they told my partner he would get an initial letter on the thursday july 28th by friday august 5th he had the offer letter to sign :T, hope it goes aswell for you, good luck,

OMG!!!!!! I used this websites template letter to claim my PPI from Santander a week ago and this morning they sent me a letter to say they were refunding all of the money owed £1400 , if it wasnt for this website i would not of bothered coz really they did all the hard work for me with the tremplate letter .thank you Martin Lewis a big smacker on the lips for helping me
