What's the highest amount of watchers you've ever had on ebay?

I've currently got 120 watchers on my item. Never had that many before! But I'm still getting nervous that most of these people won't bid!

You aren't by any chance selling an old Woolworths catalogue?0

We had about 70 watchers on a greenhouse, but only a handful bid.
Still got a reasonable price. It just increases the number of muppets asking for a ridiculously low buy-it-now price.0 -
Never as many as that but I regularly have over 10 watchers, get terribly excited, plan how I'm going to spend my new found riches.
Then none of them bid.
I hope that you get at least 25% of watchers bidding & that you're able to sit & watch the bidding war that could take place.
Tell I don't have a tv can't you.
I also like it when you have a bid & you check out on Goofbay the most popular & see your item near the top.
Sad, me?0 -

When we sold our car, we had 40-something watchers I think. Because I had listed it at a 99p start. Most of them were messaging me offering £50 "and I can come and get it TODAY!" as if they were doing us a huge favour. It sold for £900 in the end.:www: :: MFi3 ::

My OH had 170 watchers on an old motorbike he was selling. We'd place bets on whether it would get to 50/100/150/200 watchers - it was really exciting (sad aren't I?) I lost £3 to him though! So many people messaged to ask for a BIN, he had to revise the listing to state "no BIN". OH was well chuffed when it sold for over £600 - and the buyer was delighted!0

When I sell vehicles quite often the watchers will go over 100 sometimes 200. I think with cars, and maybe other items a lot are people who have similar items and want to see what they sell for/are worth rather than actually being interested in bidding0

I recently had my motorhome for sale on ebay and it had 177 watchers! Guess what - it didn't sell! However one of the many people who had emailed me about it contacted me after the listing ended, came over and saw it and paid me cash straight away - for the amount I wanted! :j:j:jWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0

wow!!
I've never had more than about 20 watchers.
Then again I'm just selling old video games, dvd's, beanies and tat essentially. Which reminds me, I need another sort through the house for ebay stuff.0
