:j Just a massive Thank you to all on here who helped me with my decision to go ahead and claim by myself the Mis sold PPI on 2 of my loans. As a result I have £1,236 coming my way which will help us alot and I am so pleased I came on this website!
The offer letter came yesterday and they will pay direct into my account. One question I have is that I have a £1000 overdraft which I am slowly paying back but can the bank take the money from the PPI which will be paid in to clear my Overdraft. I would rather use the PPI money to pay back some high interest debt that we have and just carry on paying back my overdraft abit at a time.
Any thoughts?

well done on the win :T
Can i ask when you put this claim in??
Last year before the jr court case i had a win against LTSB and they put the money in my account which had a overdraft of £1000 and it was at the limit. They did not ask for this overdraft to be paid.
Have they asked you to repay this overdraft???0 -
Thanks for the reply :j
I put my claim in at the beginningof March this year. I had a letter in May to say I would hear by the end of August but it arrived yesterday! I did email customer services and the CEO asking for an update so weather that helped or not i'm not to sure!
They haven't asked for the overdraft to be paid but I wondered if they would just use this money to clear it but I want to clear our high interest debts first.0 -

You should be fine then they shouldn't ask for it. They didn't with me i just used it to pay other debt's off.
Well done again
