Hi,

I had a Northern Rock mortgage a few years ago, last week I sent them a SAR letter that I took from this forum.

Im not expecting any luck with claiming for PPI but I thought it would be worth looking into it.

Today I got an update alert from experian, it said that Northern Rock had deleted my credit agreement summary.

Any idea why they would do this or what it might mean?
