Business Loan - PPI

Hello

My company took a loan from Lloyds TSB in 2008 and is still repaying it. The Business Loan Repayment Insurance Premium was set @ £1K+. At the time my business manager said something along the lines that if I get sick, have accident or worse this will cover my repayments. I was hesitant to sign this but he insisted that I may not get my loan approved so I "had" to sign. I have Business Loan Agreement and BLRI Certificate and Summary (questionnaire). Having seen all the buzz around mis-sold PPI's I was wondering if I have a case here?

Many thanks

Can you prove you were told you have to have it? If not, then you are probably looking at needing another reason for complaint.
