Hoilday insurance - best for flight delays?

Hi I am looking for some travel insurance to Europe, just for a week. Anyone know which seems to be offering the best for travel delays? Have been reviewing the flight company and to say there is a high risk of a delay is an understatement. I can't change the flight without paying a fortune, so thought at least covering myself may help. Its for a mum and daughter (17), just for a week in Greece.
Any tips greatfully received as always :-)

What sort of protection would you like?
Most travel insurance companies will only provide delay compensation after a 12 hour flight delay. And even then its only in the region of £50 each. What airline is it if 12 hour delays on a Greece flight can be expected as routine?!0 -
Most travel insurance policies only pay out around £20, not £50, after a delay of 12 hours and the same for each 12 hours after that.0

Sky Wings! Booked via Thomas Cook, holiday with Olympic. No option to change!
My travel ins is only £25 so thought I would look around :-(

You are certainly right to be looking for good cover with that airline, long delays seem to be the only thing they are good at. The Post office policy pays out after an 8 hour delay and you can cancel and get a full refund after 12 hoursa but as others have said the £50 for 12 hour delays seem to have been reduced to £20 in nearly every policy this season0
