  • Ok, writing to the MD worked. My sub was reenabled and they have credited my account with £50.

    Although i'm satisfied with this result, I still feel annoyed about the whole fiasco. On the whole though, I can't complain... Sky have fixed it and awarded compensation, and you can't expect any more than that, I guess.

    ...and thank god I'm not stuck with only FTA channels anymore! :T

    I have had the same thing with me in the last few weeks being cut off dd failed and sub canncelled im glad yours got sorted out.
    I had to do exactly the same email to the md then got a call next day and surprise suprise while on the phone to them my sky gets put back on and i even got 6 months half price so overall im happy again for now til there next !!!! up
