First Plus/Loans.co.uk

Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie and I am looking for advice.
I have a Secured lLoan from First Plus of £30k and was sold PPI from Loans.co.uk for £7+K which was added to my loan. These were taken out in 2007.
I cancelled the PPI after 10 months when I realised the chances of claiming anything form them was practically zero, and had £1996.37 refunded to First Plus, which was 25% of the premium...yes I know...:o
I contacted First Plus for a refund for mis-sold PPI, who passed on my complaint to Loans.co.uk. I recieved a final response letter agreeing with my claim and a letter of authority form so they could go to First Plus and calculate the amounts due to me.
I sent the letter of authority form on the 18th July 11 and have heard nothing since.
My question is, (finally
), does anyone have any idea how long this should take? and after spending 2 hours trying to contact the case worker at Loans.co.uk and getting nowhere, does anyone have a telephone number or e-mail address? which was not included in the letter .....I wonder why???
Jane

Hi Jane
Well done on your success.
They all vary, some just a week or 2, others 28 days, or some even 45 days after they received your signed acceptances, I would call them and make sure if you can, good luck and again well done.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
