eBay Seller Fees and Reimbursements

Hello all, please be gentle with me, I'm new 
Yesterday I received an email from PayPal, telling me I'd created an agreement to pay eBay fees and reimbursements. I thought it was a scam, until I logged-in to my account (through a new browser window of course), to find an agreement HAD been created on there, for eBay SARL.
I found this odd as I haven't used either site for ages.
I cancelled it, and then tonight I get two more emails, and two new identical agreements created.
I'm confused, I sold on eBay years ago, is this just an update to a fees agreement I had before?
