Debate House Prices
In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non MoneySaving matters are no longer permitted. This includes wider debates about general house prices, the economy and politics. As a result, we have taken the decision to keep this board permanently closed, but it remains viewable for users who may find some useful information in it. Thank you for your understanding.
We'd like to remind Forumites to please avoid political debate on the Forum. This is to keep it a safe and useful space for MoneySaving discussions. Threads that are - or become - political in nature may be removed in line with the Forum’s rules. Thank you for your understanding.

Someone who has been right on the property market since the idea of an HPC was invented:
Time to Raise The Rents. Recent appearance on Cc but if you look on HPC he was the oracle. Never been known to wrongly predict as far as I know.

HPC - the most successful House Price Crash Website (Housepricecrash.co.uk) that has been predicting crashes of up to 70% in house prices since 2004)0 -

Why'd you ask?
Completely wrong. If someone said "Don't read if you don't want to read Bearish stuff" I would be one of the first to read - and probably respond as there is precious little bearish stuff around at the moment that makes any sense.0 -
