    Sorry to bump (again!)

    Years ago I was about to go to the States and my late mum (God bless her) was concerned about the different electricity supplies in the US.

    She said to me "remember that the US is AC/DC". After I'd explained the difference between US supplies and the UK and what AC/DC meant and assured her that not all Americans are AC/DC she seemed quite relieved! :rotfl:
