Collection time etiquette

Can i ask what would be a reasonable time to allow someone to come and collect an item they have won on ebay?I sold an item on Sunday-emailed after auction closed to ask nicely when would be best for them to collect it?..got a reply last night in broken english saying I let you know when i come,will try tomorrow...so am still none the wiser,Any tips please?

You can't open a NPB for 4 days after the end of auction. You don't want to do that too fast in case they pay by Paypal.
I would message them a couple of times-days that are convenient for you & ask them which one is suitable for them.0 -

14 days to collect? Most people do collection only on large items that they need out of the house pretty quickly. 14 days is far too long, I would expect it gone within the week, I'd open a dispute after the following weekend in case they can only collect at weekends.
You can't refuse Paypal unless it's motors, you can discourage & ask for cash but can't insist unfortunately.
OP it may be worth asking ebay for their phone number & calling them.0
