Forget the seller, contact Amazon by phone or start an A-Z Claim (if the website makes you contact the seller first just send a very quick email stating the issue and then start the claim anyway before waiting for a reply).
There's no excuse for selling counterfeits and the seller will likely just refund but Amazon need to be aware of this issue so they (hopefully) get kicked off to protect others from having the same hassle you've encountered. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
The big problem is, I can't prove it's from this seller as nothing was on/in package to verify + I don't want to put it in my computer to see what/if anything is on it(unless a techie can put my mind at rest:eek:)
I bought 3 items that day (different sellers). All dispatched 17th.Two came wednesday, all fine. This came today.Nothing else is expected from mail etc. Should I play it cool and ask seller for product key/instructions or just let amazon deal with it?
The seller has up to 2nd aug for del time limit etc from amazon.
PS I have no intention of using it if the seller did send "key"0 -
Sent email via amazon and have spoken to amazon .Have to wait 'til monday for response . My guess,he'll deny it's from him"item lost in post"
Thanks guy's0
