Catalogue Late Payment and Admin Charges

Hello, Does anyone know how i go about claiming or stopping a catalogue company from charging me late payment fees?

I make regular payments every month without fail and have done for over a year now, in the last seven months i have made eleven payments as some payments fall within 3 weeks. Despite this i keep getting late payment charges because my payment does not fall on the exact date that they wish to received it, my last payment was made on the 28th June, it was due on the 2nd July, i got charged again, i have contacted them repeatedly but they just keep saying that every payment needs to be exactly 28 days or there's a charge, I recently also discovered that my credit score has been tainted by this as every time they charge me it goes onto my credit score as a non payment!! which isn't right at all!

Also, they charge me a service charge every month which is over half of what i actually pay back! so for example if i pay back £60 a month, they take £40 off as a service charge, is this right??

Can I reclaim Fifty Plus an online Catalougue for credit charge and admin charges altogether as far as I can see I have payed £415.49 on late payment and admin charges it is so unfair as I found myself in difficulty money wise and I am ending up paying back even more than I can afford Sometimes I do not have the money to pay them on the day they want and I pay later then I end up paying late payment charges I will never get it payed if they keep doing this is their any way I can claim back the money or any way I can get them to stop charging me.
