Afternoon Guys & Gals
I thought I would post on here to see if anyone else is having trouble getting their PPI complaint resolved, with HFC ?
Made my original complaint back in November last year and not received any correspondence from HFC since December.
Sent my complaint to the Ombudsman who sent me the standard letter saying it can take up to over a year to resolve because of high volumes blah blah blah.
I have called HFC on several occasions to ask for updates only to be told on each call, the same thing, there is no update, my complaint is in a queue to be dealt with blah blah blah.
These seem like delaying tactics to me and I cannot get anything else out of them or the FOS.
Anyone else had the same problems ?

I would email the CEO (chief Executive officer), its just not on is it?
They have the same contact as the HSBC here....
