i owe capital one 200 now its at cougar finance its gone upto 390 im making payments off 15 per fortnight as im on jsa. after ive paid the origanal 200 back do i have to pay the rest.

    Yes it went to debt collection because you did not pay on time so interest and charges are now piling up.
    Go to the debt free wanabe board for advice.
