Offers and BIN's

I found an item, from a business seller, I wanted to purchase which had a BIN and an offer. I made an offer (£2 less) over 2 days ago and it hasn't been accepted/rejected yet. Its an item I would prefer sooner rather than later. There are only two of the items avalible on ebay.
Can I cancel the offer and just pay the BIN? Or can I cancel the offer and buy from another seller?

if you pay BIN it will auto cancel the offer I think0
