hes right though, ebay don't enforce their own policies half the time. An auction is supposed to be a legally binding contract to buy but buyers pull out all the time.
Really he should have listed a sale brochure for the 99p to get around the policy.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -

yup ebay rely 100% on other members informiong them of policy breaches and then they look into it
another message from the seller, which his reply only confirms he is trying to get out of paying the ebay FVF fees.and if i list it for £200,000 i get some muppet clicking BIN costing me £500, so either way, i get a muppet, unless i get a serious enquiry from a serious businessman with money, who wants to buy a serious business, who wouldnt just click buy it now, a serious businessman would contact me first and would want to come and visit the premises, view the stock, etc etc

If you're going to start a thread for every listing you come across that breaches the rules. That'll be a lot of threads
I only hope your not using your main selling account to contact him because when his listing gets pulled I wonder who he'll blame?'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
