PPI Please some one help me

am new at this, but have a worrying problem. Over a year ago Claims Advisory Group contacted me about PPI claim. After filling in all the forms, i was told they would deal with everything.

Then just the other day they called me asking if bank had been in contact with me, i said no, But on friday i got a letter off bank telling how they were sending a cheque to me.

Do i have to tell Claims Advisory or will the bank contact them?

I know they'll want money. but i find it worrying reading comments about them scamming people.

i feel very stupid for starting this with them when i could hve followed the instructions off this site, but please someone help me.

If the company acted on your behalf, and if you signed an agreement to pay their fees, then I'm afraid they are entitled to a fee.

You may choose not to tell them, but if and when they find out (by contacting your bank) then they will ask you to pay.

The reason they called you might be because they knew the bank was making an offer.
