Hi,
I had a positive balance on my Cap1 due to winning some money online.I have continued to use the card and my balances are like this...
Credit Limit £300.00 Current Balance -£187.43 Available Credit £300.00 Cash Available £65.00 Amount Overlimit £0.00
Can someone please explain as simply as possible what this means ? Also, why is my current balance -£187,43 and my cash available is only £65 ??
Thanks in advance !

Cash available £65 makes little sense unless your cash limit is just a percentage of your overall limit.
I have this on my Sygma cards, each has a £1690 overall limit but one has £300 cash and other £800 cash limit which comprises part of the £1690.
You can call cap one and ask them to send you a cheque / bacs transfer for the in credit amount if you wish.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Credit Limit: £300. = Available Credit: £300.
Current Balance: £187.43 in credit, so you can spend £487.43.
Cash Available: £65 - amount you can withdraw from an ATM.0 -
It looks like you have loaded money ON the credit card, this is why all your figures are strange.
Be careful with loading money as CP1 do not like it and can close your account down.29th June -Beginning Credit Score 422 £2575
12th July - Credit score 471
22nd August - Credit Score 550 Still very poor just but only just!
Remaining to pay off: £1370.950
