Need help getting rid of this Nutcase on Ebay!

Hi guys,
my Sister has been receiving abusive emails from some Nutter on Ebay. He recently bid on something & said he has no intentions of paying for it.
When my Sister sent the Cancelled Transaction notice,...he's declined it & then sent her a few abusive emails - calling her all names under the Sun.
Now obviously, she's blocked him & reported him to Ebay....but i'd also like your help getting rid of him.

The more people that complain about these "auction's" he's set up, the quicker he'll be gone.

I would say this is probably a hacked account but I have reported it anyway for you

File a non paying bidder notice not cancel the transaction.

Their account wont last long then, Of course there is nothing to stop them creating a new one.

Make sure the settings only allow buyers with a credit card on file this will help reduce scam buyers.

OP has already tried a mutual. You can only do one or the other. So there is no way to do a NPB now.

Thanks Guys,....... knew i could count on you.
His auctions have been removed, but he hasn't been removed as yet.
But maybe he won't be too quick to send any more abusive emails.
