Are we entitled to claim?

Hi,
I am slowly trying to get my head round PPI and reclaiming but I have hit a wall. The problem I have is I have had 2 credit cards all my life, BarclayCard and one with Morgan Stanley. Now I know I should be able to claim against BarclayCard as I have asked several times for the PPI to be taken off my account, and being told that it had been, only for it to appear on the next statements.
The wall I have hit is over the card I had with Morgan Stanley. I know I had mis sold PPI on that card as I spent years trying to get it off my account, several phone calls, spoke to managers, several letters sent off, each time assuring me that it had been removed, only for it to reappear! Now this is where it gets confusing. I was paying my bills as normal every month and receiving bills from Morgan Stanley as usual, until one month I was late with a payment, and I got a phone call from BarclayCard asking for my payment to Morgan Stanley. Only at this point was I told that my Morgan Stanley credit card had transferred to Barclay Card. I informed them that I had received no letter and the attitude was, all in due course. I have never received any letters regarding this card about PPI with Barclay Card, even though it appears on my statement. I have never signed an agreement or anything with BarclayCard over this credit card either, it just switched from Morgan stanley to them without me knowing. Now I am trying to find out where I stand when it comes to claiming back PPI off this credit card account.
Can I claim? Can I claim back the PPI charged to me before the switch as well as afterwards?

I am extremly confused so any help will be very much appreciated.
Thank you

Hi there, if you have valid reasons for mis sell (trying to cancel is a good one)then just put a complaint into barclaycard, use the card number and put in your complaint that you want the ppi back from when it was morgan Stanley.
For them to go back more than 6 years you will have to have statements to show ppi from before 6 years.
