I had a loan with Blackhorse taken out in 2005 for £25k PPI premium £6297.25 interest on PPI £3330.95. Monthly payment for PPI £114.36 over 84 months. However, settled agreement after 12 months cant remember what rebate I got on the PPI. Anyhow, put claim in in 2007 rejected in 2008 but just carried on with it beligerently. Submitted app to FOS they now say Blackhorse want to make me an offer on the usual terms and I have to let them know in 14 days if this is not acceptable. My question is surely Im due some compensation on top for the sheer doggedness of the rejection in 2008? they should have accpeted it then not kept me out of my money for another 4 years. Can anyone give a view?

See what they offer, interest should be added (including for the period 2008 to 2011).0
